Blake lives in Gerald. He was injured when he fell from a tree stand while hunting.

Missouri KIDS has been able to assist Blake in a number of ways. An accessible van with e-z locks empowers Blake to enjoy his growing independence. Habitat for Humanity built Blake’s family the first home in Franklin County that is accessible under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Missouri KIDS provided the materials to make Blake’s home accessible.

With the assistance from Missouri KIDS, Blake is able to address classes of Hunter Safety students. Blake hopes that his message will help others take seriously the constant need to keep safety first in all aspects of hunting. Being able to hunt again means the world to Blake.

Blake’s dad, Shawn Kline, shares,” Missouri KIDS is like family. Thank you just isn’t enough.  I can’t imagine what would happen to these kids without a support system like Missouri KIDS.

To Missouri KIDS donors, Blake says, “Thank you for helping our family.”
