How To Nominate

Here at Missouri KIDS, we aim to provide help for permanently injured student athletes. It can be for yourself, your child, or someone else that you know. This page is for nominating someone you know that meets the requirements to become a Missouri KID. Someone you can nominate can be anyone from a neighbor to a patient of yours to a student you’re teaching.
